BCSA is founded in order to provide players the opportunity to develop their skills in an atmosphere where their needs are top priority.  We strive to properly place players on teams based on skill level and other factors.  Professional trainers will be provided to all travel teams as well as our clinic and recreational groups. Coaches are an integral part of the player development process and, with that in mind, BCSA believes that Coaching Education/Development should be a major focus of any soccer organization.  Not only will BCSA require strict criteria be met by our coaching staff, but, we will help our coaches improve their skills through the implementation of a Coaching Development Program. We at BCSA are very excited about the benefits we hope to bring to the many players and coaches across our area.  Thank you for your interest in our club and please contact us if you would like more information.
