ADVANCED SKILLS TRAINING

These sessions are for serious soccer players only.  Each program will be customized to meet the needs of the individual player.  We will keep the player to trainer ratio at a maximum of 8:1 in order to ensure that each and every player will receive the maximum benefit and a personalized training experience.  The pace of the sessions will be very high, and having a small group ensures that we can keep each player moving as quickly as possible through the skill work.

Each program is 10 weeks in length, and sessions are 60 minutes each.

We will accept a MAXIMUM of 8 players in each group.  Once full, we will not accept additional players until the next 10-week cycle.
