Soccer Fitness

Our fitness program is designed to give players the physical edge against their competition.
Each hour-long session will work on the following aspects of the physical component of the complete soccer player:
- Speed
- Quickness
- Agility
- Strength
- Endurance

These sessions are for the player who is willing to work very hard to achieve success.  We will push players to improve in each of the aspects listed above.
If you want to have the physical edge on your competition, and are willing to put in the effort, we would love to help you reach your goals with this program.

We will accept a MAXIMUM of 8 players.  Once full, we will not be accepting more registrations until the next 10-week cycle.
Register early to ensure you have a spot in the program.

Tuesday nights
3/16 to 5/18 (10 weeks)
(Rain date of 5/25 if needed)
U8 to U10 - 5:50 PM
U11 to U12 - 6:55 PM
U13 to U15 - 7:00 PM
